Pairing sheets will be posted by board order. All information will be decided and posted prior to the match.
All games must be played in the "AGHS Tournament Room". If you wish to reschedule your match, withdraw, or skip a particular round, you must notify the tournament staff or officials at least forty eight (48) hours before the start of the round.
Wall charts and pairings will be posted. Be sure your results are posted properly. Standings will be posted as soon as possible.
Players will play one game every two weeks for four rounds.
Games will be scheduled on weekends. A reschedule can be requested and will be granted if both teams agree.
