New Rules:
All players 9d-15k MUST have a solid KGS rank before registering. All players 16k-25k MUST have played at least one game under his or her screen name before registering.
The minimum rank one can put for registration has been raised to 25k.
Handicaps will be adjusted in accordance to current ranks at the time of the tournament, but the seat position of that person and team's rank/division will not change.
One member of the team must reply to the confirmation email sent after registration closes within one week to confirm the team's attendance. If no one from the team replies to the confirmation email, your team will NOT be included in the pairings!
